2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, please follow the guidelines below:
- Order Cancellation Before Shipment: If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@heavenfragrance.com with your order number and cancellation request.
- Order Cancellation After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still return the product (subject to our return policy) once you receive it.
- Non-Cancellable Items: Certain products, such as special edition fragrances, customized products, or gift cards, may not be eligible for cancellation. Please check the product description at the time of purchase to confirm whether the item is cancellable.
3. Return and Refund Policy
